SPECTRA ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Future Legends AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Your email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
If you connect a brokerage account (Binance, Alpaca), we collect and store your API key and secret in encrypted form. Keys are restricted to read-only scope (positions, balances, account value). We never request, store, or have the ability to place trades on your behalf.
Open positions, account balances, and trade history pulled from your connected brokerage, used solely to power portfolio surveillance and personalized risk analysis.
Pages viewed, alerts acknowledged, and subscription state. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We receive only the subscription status and last four digits of your card from Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We share the minimum data necessary with these processors:
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Brokerage API credentials are stored encrypted with restricted-scope keys. Database access is limited to authorized backend services. We follow the principle of least privilege for credential handling. No security system is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to keep your data safe.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Detection history is retained for 90 days. AWM accuracy snapshots are retained for 30 days. Backend signal-resolution records are retained for 90 days. When you delete your account, all account-linked data is removed within 30 days; aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion removes your user record, connected brokerage credentials, synced positions, billing history, and subscription assignments. Active subscriptions are cancelled.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@futurelegendsai.io. The lawful basis for processing is contract performance (delivering the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, email support@futurelegendsai.io.
SPECTRA is a financial-intelligence product and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact support@futurelegendsai.io and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure is hosted in multiple regions (currently EU and US). By using SPECTRA you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these regions, subject to the protections described in this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
